Processing & Shipping
All orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves our atelier.
All prices are in CAD (Canadian Dollars).
International Shipping
We ship internationally. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their destination country.
Returns — Tools & Accessories
We offer a 7-day return policy on tools and accessories. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@essietress.com with your order number within 7 days of delivery. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns — Wigs & Raw Hair
Due to the intimate and custom nature of our products, all wigs and raw hair are final sale once opened. Custom-colored, installed, or altered hair is also non-returnable. Each piece is carefully crafted and may carry slight natural variations that make it uniquely yours.
These items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances, including sale items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@essietress.com and we will make it right immediately.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return your eligible item (tools & accessories only, per the policy above), and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
European Union
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unused, with tags, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase. Note: this right applies to tools and accessories only, as wigs and raw hair remain final sale under EU consumer goods exceptions for hygiene/personal care products.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether it has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the transaction. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at info@essietress.com.
Limited Stock & Restocks
Many of our wigs are limited-edition, single-piece units. Once sold out, restocks may take time. Join our waitlist by emailing info@essietress.com to be the first to know when your piece becomes available again.
